Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms
1.1 By purchasing a ticket to attend the Overlord Show (the “Event”), you agree to comply with these Ticket Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
1.2 Tickets and admission to the Event are granted at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.3 The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any individual for dangerous, inappropriate, or otherwise unacceptable behaviour, at our sole discretion.
1.4 These Terms apply to all ticket purchasers and holders (“you” or “your”).
2. Ticket Use
2.1 Tickets are valid for admission on any day of the Event. Each ticket is valid for the number of admissions (or “check-ins”) indicated on the ticket. Tickets cannot be modified or exchanged after purchase.
2.2 Multi-day tickets may only be used once per event day.
2.3 It is your responsibility to secure your ticket(s). If a ticket is lost or accessed by an unauthorized person, you must report it to us immediately so we can void the original ticket(s) and issue replacements.
2.4 Admission will not be granted if a ticket has been used fraudulently or if all available admissions have been utilized. In such cases, you will be required to purchase a new ticket.
2.5 Tickets should not be resold. Resale increases the risk of fraudulent usage, and we cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from third parties. To avoid paying twice, only purchase advance tickets from the Overlord Show Website.
3. Eligibility Requirements
3.1 Some tickets may require proof of eligibility (e.g., age, membership status). Proof must be presented at check-in. Failure to provide valid proof will result in a requirement to purchase a new ticket at the standard rate.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
4.1 Tickets are non-refundable in any instance outside the control of the Event Organisers.
4.2 The Event will proceed rain or shine. Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather. We recommend checking the weather forecast before attending.
4.3 In the event that the Event is cancelled, ticket holders will automatically be offered ticket to the following year’s Event. Refunds may be issued in the event you are unable to attend next years event and provide proof of this within 30 days of event cancellation.
4.4 We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders in the event of cancellation.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Admission and security representatives of the Event Organiser reserve the right to refuse entry or eject attendees for health and safety reasons, including non-compliance with Event rules or regulations.
5.2 Attendees must follow all health and safety instructions provided by Event staff and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Liability
6.1 We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained while attending the Event, except where caused by our negligence.
6.2 You are responsible for your personal belongings during the Event. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
7. Changes to the Event
7.1 The Event Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, content, or features without notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
7.2 Any updates or changes to these Terms will be posted on the Overlord Show Website. Continued use of tickets after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
